Sensei Aspen Hiking Retreat

in partnership with The Little Nell

October 2-7, 2023

Sensei Retreats is bringing its evidence-led philosophy and highly trained wellness Guide team to the scenic mountains of Aspen, Colorado for a one-of-a-kind hiking retreat this fall. Hosted in partnership with Aspen’s only five-star, five-diamond hotel, The Little Nell, Sensei’s first group retreat experience will take adventurers along some of Aspen’s top-rated hiking trails, followed by five nights of luxurious accommodations and award-winning cuisine in the heart of America’s most famous and charming mountain town.

Led with the expert guidance of Ted Mahon, accomplished mountaineer recognized by National Geographic with more than 20 years of climbing experience, groups will set out on popular hiking trails varying in distance and elevation – from the iconic Cathedral Lake Trail in the beautiful Maroon Bells-Snowmass to the challenging Lost Man Loop in the Hunter-Fryingpan Wilderness. Aspen’s breathtaking landscape promises an inspiring destination for like-minded individuals to gather, deepen their connection to nature, and embrace outdoor exploration.

Sensei’s best-in-class practitioners and Guides will support your 6-day, 5-night journey with daily movement and recovery sessions before and after each hike, and host featured group wellness workshops focusing on sleep, performance, and longevity. Each guest will have the opportunity to personalize their stay with a private wellbeing session choosing from nutrition, mindset, or fitness.

Join Sensei and The Little Nell to create long-lasting memories in this special collaboration retreat while learning essential movement, nourishment, and rest techniques for greater wellbeing long after you return home.
